Hello all,
I believe that I have now finished what turned out to be
a rather time consuming update and revision of the ROHA blog. The largest change
is the breakdown of information into more categories/pages that should make it
easier for anyone to find what they are looking for. This coincided with loading
all the information on to our new laptop so that we have the blog backed up and
portable. We can now take our show “on the road”.
There are now 20 subject pages of information where you
can find approximately:- 37 Oral History and other videos,
some 180 class photos, about 170 photos of
people, places and things about and around Royal Oak and numerous other items
including School Annuals, graduation material, maps, news articles,
publications, books, links, memories in writing and regrettably
obituaries.
I hope you will take a look in the near future and add to
the over 23,000 views the blog has had already. Please let me know if you find
errors, have information to add and most important to me the identities of the
students who are unnamed in class photos.
Congratulations to all the people who have contributed
their time and material to create this valuable and interesting archive and to
Enid Bull for bringing us together and keeping us together.
Time well spent I think.
